1099r- how to tell where it rolled over to

i have a 1099R from where my profit sharing from work was. it rolled over when I retired but stayed with John hancock Life Insurance Company. turbo is asking if it rolled to a designated 401K or 403B. How do I tell which to answer

If it wasn't moved (converted) to a Roth 401k or Roth 403b then answer no. If you are unsure what kind of account it was moved to, then verify with you plan administrator the type of account.
