1099r: I rolled over the after-tax portion of my 403(b) to a Roth IRA and pre-tax portion to a traditional IRA. Is this properly reported if I select "no" Roth question?

To enter this into TurboTax, you must split the Form 1099-R into two, one for the portion rolled over to the Roth IRA (presumably the amount shown in box 5 of the Form 1099-R) and another for the portion rolled over to the traditional IRA (presumably none of the portion shown in box 5).  For each of the two forms that you enter for this, answer the questions as they apply to that portion.
