In April 2019, I accidentally made an excess contribution to my Roth IRA for the 2019 Tax Year.  I realized the mistake and had the money withdrawn about a month later.   Just received a statement from Vanguard showing a gross distribution of $2931.10 and a Taxable Amount of $0 with a distribution code of 8 and J.  Right now Turbotax shows that it will not impact my taxes and just wanted to confirm that is accurate.  Thanks.
