How do I calculate my spouse's taxable annual pay for Step 2b(1) of 2020 W-rP?

Enter your spouse's yearly income from their job.   You can use the Box 1 amount from their W-2 if the w-2 was for a full year.   If the w-2 was not for a full-year, estimate a full year of income from that job.   The instructions for Step 2 of your W-4P is on page 2 of the form.
