401K retirement savings plan disbursement. but no 1099-r it is less then $300. what do i do?

I would call the Administrator of the Plan as even with $300 there should be a 1099R issued.

The minimum amount per the IRS instructions is $10.

There are some companies that won't have them out until Feb. 15th so yours could be one of those companies.
