where do i enter contribution to 527b roth deferred compensation plan? It is not a Roth IRA.

Do you mean a 547(b) Roth? It should be listed in your W-2 box 12 with code EE. You do not need to enter it anywhere else.

I'm guessing it's a 457(b) plan. There is no such thing as a 527(b) plan (or a 547(b) plan, for that matter).

As DanaB27 said, enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
