After entering my retirement income, I get asked, "Any non-deductible contributions to David's IRA?" I answer NO, and click the "continue" button, but nothing happens.

Yes you need to keep clicking in the Continue box. Try clicking on the left side of the box. You might have to click the number of IRA forms that you entered.
