Question

All of my previous years of Roth contributions were entered in earlier Turbotax years. I am using Turbotax online this year, where do I find prior year contributions?

Previously I have always run Turbotax on my computer and it has imported the previous year data, but online there was no option to do this

If you haven't started your 2019 tax return yet or are willing to start over, see these instructions on how to upload your 2018 tax file for transfer into the online version of 2019 TurboTax:

Otherwise, your IRA contribution basis is captured on the IRA Information Worksheet in your 2018 tax file.
