Am i allowed to claim my plate carriers, on duty rifle and back up handgun, holsters, magazine clips, and uniforms as a certified police officer

if i am able to deduct do i claim the full 179 deduction. Also do i calculate all my expenses first or list individually?

Yes, you are able to deduct business related expenses. See the link below for any other deductions you might have missed. You may take a Section 179 deduction but you would have to keep each item, listed separately, for it's useful life. If you retire the item from service, prior to it's useful life, you will have to pay back the unused depreciation you took up front.
