If your Medicare Part B premiums were deducted from your Social Security benefits, they should appear on your SSA-1099 in the Description of Amount in Box 3 on the left side of the form.

If you paid the premiums yourself separately, you can call or visit your local Social Security Administration (SSA) office or access proof of your Medicare Part B basic premium online at the SSA website.

If your premiums are shown on your SSA-1099 and you enter the information from the form in TurboTax, the premium will automatically be added to your deductible medical expenses on Schedule A. If you paid them yourself, enter them as medical expenses under Deductions and Credits.

You will only be able to deduct medical expenses if the total of all medical expenses entered exceeds 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income and if your total itemized deductions exceed the standard deduction for this year. TurboTax would use the standard deduction instead if it gives you a larger deduction.

See this help article and this one for more information on medical expenses and how to report them in TurboTax.
