Please clarify your question?  Employee 401K contributions are typically reported on your W-2.   Where are you trying to enter them as Traditional IRA.

If the 410k contribution is on my W2, is there anything more I need to do?  When I file my return, were would I see that 401k contribution through my employer on the return?

Thanks

No, you don't need to enter your 401(k) contribution anywhere on your tax return. Just enter the W-2 form as it is reported to you. The 401(k) contribution is not included in Box 1 of your W-2 form, The amount you contributed in 2021 shows in Box 12 with code D.
