Are Health Insurance Subsidies from the state of Florida flagged because it is thought to be an annuity or withdrawal from a pension?

Why are you blocking the submission of my tax return when it went through just fine last year?

    The HIS payments are reported to you on form 1099-R and are entered into TurboTax just as though it were a retirement pension.  It is also taxed as a retirement pension.  

     

    If you did not enter the 1099-R that you received into the section for retirement benefits on your tax return then you need to delete it from where you entered it and re-enter it into the retirement payments section.
