Are the SEP IRA distributions being taxed differently this year?

No, SEP IRA distributions are not being taxed differently this year. There is no distinction between distributions from a SEP IRA and a distribution from an ordinary traditional IRA. TurboTax is not delaying the filing of tax returns that report distributions from a SEP IRA.
