Backdoor Roth - Turbotax is requiring part to be taxable

I am doing a backdoor IRA to Roth conversion, I follow the steps suggested and made both my contribution and my wife's contribution as not deductible ($8000 for each of us) but when I run the check it is making me deduct part of my wife's since the IRA worksheet calculates and IRA deduction on line 16.   How can I force it to see the full $16k as not deductible?

As you go through the screens where you enter the Traditional IRA contributions and the result is that part of the contribution could be deductible, there should be a screen titled Choose Not to Deduct IRA Contributions screen.  Select Yes, make part of my IRA contribution nondeductible, then enter the full amount you contributed and click Continue

If none of your contribution can be deducted, you will not see the option to make part of it nondeductible. Instead, the full amount of your contribution will automatically be nondeductible.
