Box 12 doesn't have my opinion which is D 17

In box 12 my w2 code is D 17 I don't see that option

You are correct, there is not a place for the "17" in TurboTax.

You can just leave the "17" out and it will not affect your Tax Return. It just denotes that your 401(k) deferral was for the Tax Year 2017.
