Box 14 codes for Retirement and FLEX

W-2 box 14 has RETIRMNT & FLEX with amounts. What category codes should be used?

This is for a NYS teacher.

Please choose Other–not on above list if aren't sure about the category. Box 14 is just informational, any important retirement information will be already listed in box 12.
