Box 4 of SSA-1099 has a number in it?

Turbo Tax does not provide a box 4 entry for SSA-1099?

    You don't have to enter Box 4 of your 1099-SSA into TurboTax. The amount in Box 5 (that you will enter in TurboTax), is the amount in Box 3, minus the amount in Box 4.
