Box 7 has D7 codes. Is this IRA distribution still a qualified IRA?

I received a 1099R with Box 7 containing codes D7. On source screen do I select "qualified IRA" or "None of the Above"? Also noted that when reviewing the screen, "None of the Above" is changed to " distribution before retirement". Is this normal?

Review was made by going through update process, not using Back key.

The code D indicates that the distribution is not from an IRA or any other kind of qualified retirement account.

As VolvoGirl indicated, the question that you are being asked is only to determine which subsequent questions to ask, if any.  Your answer to this particular question is not recorded anywhere, so when you revisit the question, TurboTax again presents the default answer.

FYI - if you go back and Edit or Review the 1099R entries you have to answer all the questions again.  That section does not keep your answers from before.
