Work for an OR company but have been working from outside OR, how do I allocate the income in the state return section?

It depends. If you worked strictly from home, you do not need to report any income earned in the State of Oregon unless you physically perform work there.  This includes visits to Oregon for training or meetings. Please view this State of Oregon publication for further details.

Thank you for the response.  I am actually trying to determine where to do this in the Oregon Non-resident form on TT.   However, only a portion of the income on my W-2 is attributable to income that was earned while working in Oregon.  I am trying to determine where/how I can reflect this on the state return because the entire W-2 amount has populated from the federal return.

Thank you.
