Can I change the info that I filled in on form that came up for my husband for W-2. He gets 1099R now. After I feeled out noted it was a 1099K and could not change it?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Did you e-file already?    If you have not e-filed you can delete the things you entered in the wrong places and re-enter them correctly.   You do not enter a 1099R by snapping a photo.  You can either key it in by hand or your can try importing it from the financial institution  that issued it.

It seems like you are confused about what you are entering----do you have a W-2, a 1099-K or a 1099-R?  Those get entered in different places.

Do you need to clear and start over?  You can clear and start over if you have not registered, paid or e-filed.
