Can I complete my taxes without my 1099-B? I have reported all the income from sale of stocks?

Can you?  Well yes, of course you can.  You're not sending in any 1099-B's with your income tax return, you're simply stating what was on those 1099-B's, (you think).

Should you?  That depends on your level of confidence that what you report will match whatever is reported on the 1099-B.  If you have high confidence you can file.  If the actual 1099-B is materially at variance with what you thought it was going to say, you amend.
