I deleted that form by mistake and need it restored, can you restore that form?

If you deleted it you have to re-enter it or import it again. There is not a way to restore it.

How did you enter it in the first place? Did you key it in? You can do that again. Or if you have a user ID and password that you normally use to check your retirement account yourself you might be able to import the 1099R from the website if it is partnered with TurboTax.
