according to the directions I found, I should be asked if I moved the money and I am not seeing that question. When I complete the 1099R form, it is not asking me that question.

Yes. ‌Here are the steps to indicate the rollover in TurboTax Online:

    • Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
    • Enter the information from the 1099-R, continue through the interview questions.
    • You will come to a screen that says "Tell us if you moved the money through a rollover or conversion." Select "I rolled over some or all of it to an IRA or other retirement account within the time limits (normally 60 days)"
      • Please note, if the 1099-R has code G in box 7 the follow-up questions will be different. In this
case, say “No” to "Did you move this money from a 401(k) to a Roth 401(k)?" and "Did you move
the money to a Roth IRA?" to indicate a rollover.
    • On the next screen, indicate you rolled over the entire amount to another retirement account.
