Can I use the RDA overage from one IRA to offset a RDA shortage in another IRA

    I assume that you are referring to the RMD (Required Minimum Distribution), not RDA.

     

    The answer is Yes.

     

    An IRA owner must calculate the RMD separately for each IRA that he or she owns, but can withdraw the total amount from one or more of the IRAs.
