Can someone obtain my 1099-R from the Bank of America? I cannot get this completed.

Schwab did send my 1099-R in January but I have misplaced it.

Only you can obtain the Form 1099-R from the issuer of the form.

No one can get it for you. Maybe you can log on to your B/A account and Schwab account and download the 1099 forms again. You can try to import them.

If you can't import them into your tax return, you will need to contact Bank of America and Schwab to get replacement copies of your 1099-R forms.
