Can't enter Social Security Benefits. Tried new browser. I choose edit, it takes me to the "did you receive" screen, I type "yes", "continue" then it goes right back .

To enter your social security benefits another way in the program, you can follow these steps to get to the correct screen:

Open your tax return in TurboTax.
Search social security benefits with the magnifying glass tool on the top of the page.
Select the Jump to social security benefits link at the top of the search results.
Select yes to the question Did you receive Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefits in 2020?
Select the type of 1099 you received.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the information.
