Can the W-2 and 1099 forms be sent separately? Do I need to refile the entire filing?

Do you mean that you didn't enter the W-2 and 1099 Forms in TurboTax  before you e-filed? Or are you trying to mail your W-2 and 1099 Forms to the IRS after you e-filed your tax return?

If you didn't enter your W-2 and 1099 Forms before you e-filed, you will have to file an amendment. You can't amend your tax return  until it's fully processed and you receive your refund or if you have a balance due, it's deducted from your account.
