You might be able to import the 1099R or the credit union information if the financial institution is on the drop down list. Or get it from their web site. If you knew how to take money out you know how to contact them.

You have to get SSA1099 from Social Security. They mail them in January. If yours has been misplaced you can request a copy.

There is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one. Go to www.ssa.gov You have to create an account with a user name and password.
