If you are asking how to enter your Form 1099-R, here are the steps (online):

After you finish entering W-2
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1099r and Enter
Select Jump to form 1099r
On the screen, Your 1099-R, Did you have any of these types of income in 2018? select Yes and Continue

Follow prompts to finish your 1099-R, continue to follow the step-by-step interview onscreen questions.
