Can you tell me if I filed my pension check wrong. It's either 2018 or 2019

My pension was for 14,000.00 I can remember the the exact number. I received 10,997.00.

No one else can see your tax return. The returns everyone is working on now are for 2020. You cannot enter income received in 2018 or 2019 on a 2020 tax return. Please explain what you did---and did you already e-file?

I just wanted to correct it. I wasn't going to file it with this year. I can't remember if I did it as a 1099. I think filed it as income. I just wanted to know if I filed it right

No one else has access to your account so we cannot look and see what you did. You can look at it yourself and see if you entered your 1099R.

You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
