Can you tell me why I cannot get TurboTax to accept B2 from box #7 on my 1099 R?

I have tried to enter the letter in the first box and the number in the second box, and tried the reverse -# in first & letter in the second. The "program" keeps kicking it out for review.

    Is the source of this 1099-R an IRA or a qualified plan like a 401(k) plan?

     

    Where do you see "the program" kicking it out for review? Is it in the Federal review or in the 1099-R interview?

     

    Can you post here a screenshot of whatever message you are getting with any personally identifiable information redacted?
