Charitable contributions are listed but do not appear on finished comparison sheet

I have entered all our charitable contributions both from Its deductible and many cash donations. All requested addresses have been provided as requested. When I finish all deductions and credits and click on done with deductions... I get this response: Let's Check for Charitable Donations.

It is not entering the information in the final product. WHY? Is this a known glitch? When will it be fixed?

The issue has been resolved and you should be able to proceed now.

If you are using the desktop product, make sure your program is updated. This can be done by logging into your desktop product. Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.
