If you entered a Form 1099-B in TurboTax, and now wish to delete it and reenter it, go back to Wages and Income, then select Investments and Savings. Click Revisit next to "Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B)".

When you see the 1099-B that you wish to delete listed on the screen, click the trash can icon that appears at the far right of the line where it is listed (next to the pencil icon, which you would click if you wish to Edit the item rather than delete it). Clicking the trash can icon will cause TurboTax to ask if you are sure you want to delete it. Click "yes" to delete the item.

See this help article for more information on entering Forms 1099-B.
