Code 4D in box 7 of my inherited 1099-R is checked. What "State Type Code" do I enter for my Pennsylvania Tax form? Thank you.

I might not completely understand your question, but your 1099-R is only entered in the Federal portion of your return and carries over to your state return. 

 

The codes in box 7 are relevant for the state return, as well.
