So I withdrew from my 401K back in 2020 under the Qualified Disaster program for Covid.  The one where you split the tax burden over 3 years (2020, 2021 & 2022).  I was working on my 2023 taxes and TurboTax won't let me submit my taxes because it says the Qualified Disaster form (8915-f I belive it was) is not available yet for this year, even though I marked that I did not have a Qualified Disaster withdrawal.  Since I have satisfied my 3 years is there a way to move on with my taxes without the need for this form?

You do not need form 8915-f for tax year 2023 and that form has been carried over from your 2022 tax return. You'll need to delete it.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

  1. In TurboTax, open your return
  2. In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
  3. On the Tools Center  page, click on Delete a form
  4. A list of forms will appear. Locate the form 8915-f and click Delete next to it.
  5. On the next screen, click Delete Form
  6. Also delete any worksheet associated with that form 8915-f
