My CSA 1099r shows a difference between gross distribution and taxable amount. In the review section Turbotax asks for the annuity plan cost which is supposed to be in box 3 but I don't have that information. Turbotax won't allow me to file online because I can't put in this information. I want to file online rather than sending in the paper copy of my tax return. What is the workaround?
