turbo tax is requiring a box 16 amount when there is no box 16 on my 1099-R.
The state withholding amount in box 14 was just that, withholding tax on my federal annuity. Why is the program requiring an amount before I can e-file. I am uncomfortable putting in an amount that is not on my 1099.
