Question

Desktop form will not let me enter Federal Income Tax Withheld on 1099-R IRA RMD. Box is filled light blue. How do I submit this info

    Please go back to the interview and try to edit your From 1099-R to enter the withheld taxes:

     

    1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
    2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
    3. On the "Your 1099-R Entries" screen click "Edit"
    4. Enter the federal withheld taxes in box 4.

    If this doesn't work you might have to delete and renter the Form 1099-R.
