Do i check: no entry, deduct expenses yes, or deduct expenses no- on the statutory employee box 13 when mine has retirement plan check on my w-2?

If you have box 13 checked on your W-2 form , it indicates that you were a statutory employee. If this was the case, then you can deduct expenses you incurred that are associated with your work. If the retirement plan box is checked, that simply means that you have a retirement plan at work, which is not related to the issue of you being a statutory employee.
