Do I enter an amount in the Excess Roth IRA Contributions for Prior Years, If I moved my excess Roth contribution to a Traditional IRA before filing taxes in 2023?

I believe I already took care of the excess Roth contribution from 2022 and before by moving those funds to a traditional IRA, so do I enter zero in the Excess Roth contributions box?

No, if you corrected your excess contribution before the due date of your tax return, don't enter it as an excess contribution.
