Do I enter my retirement contributions that were already listed on my w2?

I entered by retirement contributions when entering my w2 information. Do I also list that under deductions and credits?

No. Once you've entered in your W-2, the contribution amount will be carried over and credited. You would only enter additional information if you made contributions on your own as well.
