Question

Do I have to claim my husband shares my Insurance policy if he is just the one who pays for it, it states his a recipient but he gets VA benefits.

I have an insurance plan through the healthcare marketplace, our 1095A states my husband is a recipient but he isn't on my actual insurance policy, only I am. Do I have to state that I share the policy with him or do I state that I don't share the policy?

No, you don't need to enter any sharing info.   Just enter the Form 1095-A as it reads and you can skip the sharing questions.   I am assuming you are filing a Married filing Jointly return, so you are both going to be listed on the tax return.  It is fine that you are the only covered individual on the policy.
