Do I have to claim my social security benefits from my daughter's dad that I receive from him passing?

I don't make but $14,000 a year and I'm not married.

The Social Security benefits from your daughter's father's account are hers, paid to you as a custodian. Social Security may ask you to report annually as to how the funds were used for her support. You would not report the benefits as income on a tax return for her unless your daughter had other significant income to report.
