No, unless you received medical insurance from the Marketplace.

If Social Security was your ONLY income, you do not need to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for having marketplace health insurance.

You also have to file a tax return if you took money out of a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Medical Savings Account (MSA).
