Do I have to take RMD from the 401k that I created from beneficiary money my deceased wife left me?

I suggest asking the 401(k) plan. With the changes brought about by the SECURE and SECURE 2.0 Acts, there are many factors that go into determining when you must take RMDs such as your age, your wife's age, the year that your wife died, etc.
