 1099G for what?  Unemployment or a state tax refund or something else?

There are a variety of reasons why you might have a 1099G, including unemployment, a state or local tax refund, a taxable grant, agriculture program payment, etc.    Tell us why you have a 1099G.    If it is for unemployment you definitely need to enter it.   Unemployment is taxable income.
