Do I need to file again? I e-filed then printed out a copy of our return and our retirement funds re not entered but the tax we paid in was? What do I do

Our return was excepted already

The IRS will probably correct this mistake for you. That will delay processing of your return but you should receive a letter from them showing the corrected amounts.

If you don't receive this letter (it may take a few months) then wait until you receive the refund that you were expecting and come back to TurboTax and click "Amend my return" and you can re-submit your taxes with the necessary changes in place.
