Do you mean Social Security survivor benefits?  Do you have a SSA1099?  Yes you enter it on your tax return.

 Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security to enter your SSA1099

Or do you have a 1099R for some other benefit? Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
