Do I use the information on Form 1099-R, the distribution code is "7", on my tax return.

Only box1 & 2a have amounts in them, and box 7 has the number "7" in it.  All other boxes are empty.

Yes, this just means normal distribution.

Enter into TurboTax EXACTLY what is in the boxes with information. Don't use zeros when a box is empty.
