Do you enter your Gross or Taxable income on Non-Military Pension Income?

    You should enter the boxes that you have on your 1099-R. Box 1 for box 1, box 2a for box 2a, and so on.

     

    But are you asking this for something other than the 1099-R? Please gives us the context of your question. Are you in the federal return or in a state? What is the exact question?

    You will enter the gross income amount of all your non-military pension income. Turbo Tax will handle the taxable income from there.
